PARTS AND DISCS
We manufacture replacement pulverizer discs for Reduction
Engineering pulverizer machines. Discs are available in standard sizes
and tooth configurations. Special wear-resistant coatings are also
available.
We also offer state of the art CNC Sharpening Services for all manufacturer's
(Reduction Engineering, Wedco, & Herbold) pulverizer discs. Our high-tolerance
finish will increase plate life and provide our customers consistent
throughput rates with greater resin pourability.
Our in-house "AccuTrack" system provides a tracking method to help
maximize plate life, predict replacement intervals and recommend plate
type and material/finish options to best suit your unique production
