PELLETIZER
PARTS AND ROTORS
We manufacture a complete line of pelletizer parts and rotors for
Accrapak, Cumberland, Rieter and Scheer pelletizers. Each
one of our parts is a guaranteed OEM replacement. Our highly trained
engineering staff designs rotors to be CNC manufactured with guaranteed
geometric gullet repeatability.

complete line of Helical, Bolt-On and Wedgelock rotors are available
with sizes ranging from 2" (80mm) to 48" (1200mm) in cutting length
along with sharpening and repair service for all makes and models.
Our in-house "AccuTrack" system provides a tracking method to help
maximize rotor life, predict replacement intervals and recommend rotor
type and material/finish options to best suit your unique production
needs. Our attentive service provides fast turnaround to minimize
